Epoleon Corporation will bill credit cards upon shipment of your product.



Most of our products will be shipped on the same day with the advertised price; however, there will be exceptions, because of carrier's shipping rate fluctuations. We will do our best to update the website as to current availability and estimated arrival dates. Some items may require a few extra days to get to our warehouse before they can be shipped to you. If that is your case, please be patient, our price is worth it.



In the event a product is listed incorrectly due to typographical error, Epoleon shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product.



Please be noted that our products cannot be returned once you have placed an order.



Since EPOLEON will comply with Chemical distribution/production industry standard procedures, there will be no return of product(s) accepted once order is processed and shipped. However, there will be no charge to you when Items are returned to us because of errors caused by us in an event that when you receive a product different from what you have ordered.



Epoleon is committed to protecting your right to privacy. We collect information about our customers to enable us to process orders, improve our site, and provide better services. For your protection, we do not sell your information to other marketers.


To process and ship your order, we need your name, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and email address. This information is stored on a secure server to allow us to process subsequent orders more quickly. On occasion, we may notify our customers about Epoleon specials.



Epoleon Corporation only ships packages Monday through Friday. Most orders received before 2:00pm (PST) will be sent the same day.
